摘要

The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission has proposed that countervailing duties (CVD) be imposed on most imports of A4 copy paper from China. The commission has found that A4 copy paper exported to the country from China received countervailable subsidies during the investigation period of January 1 to December 31, 2015, and caused material injury to the Australian industry. Asia Symbol, an affiliate of Asia Pacific Resources International (APRIL) in China, was judged to have a subsidy margin of 2.2%. Other Chinese exporters were gauged at 8%, except UPM China, which is exempt from CVD because of its negligible margin of 0.8%.
