More Australian ADDs on copy paper imports; higher Chinese, Thai duties

The Australian trade authorities have given notice they believe A4 copy paper has been injuriously dumped there by Brazilian and Indonesian producers, as well as by previously penalized Chinese and Thai exporters, and instituted new provisional anti-dumping duties. They have also revised the dumping margins they believe Chinese and Thai sellers have benefitted from, mostly raising the duties charged on their wares.
