Henan Yinge Industrial Investment has stopped production at a mill with a combined capacity of 220,000 tonnes/yr of uncoated printing and writing paper in Luohe city, Henan province. However, the listed firm has not reached an agreement with local authorities on how to deal with the site and its assets.
