LOS ANGELES-ATEN Technology Inc.of Irvine,Calif.,will pay 208,000 for selling computer keyboards and mouse accessories it claimed came with nano-coatings to control germs and pathogens,the Environmental Protection Agency announced March 5.The settlement resolves EPA's allegations that antimicrobial coatings on the computer peripherals were unregistered pesticides.
