PR Engineering in Sheffield is using benchtop Minimolders,supplied by MCP Tooling Technologies,to achieve the single shot accuracy that is critical for the moulding of spirit level vials.The company found that using a larger moulding machine caused lack of consistency between products,particulary with the barrel core of the vial.
