Emery Oleochemicals unveils plant expansion on 175th anniversary

Emery Oleochemicals, a producer of natural-based chemicals and oleochemicals, recently celebrated its 175th anniversary in conjunction with the commissioning of its USD 50 million bio-based and recycled content polyols plant in Cincinnati, OH, USA. The new plant is said to be the world's first industrial-scale facility capable of utilising scrap foam as feedstock to manufacture a new range of sustainable polyols.
