A complete development tool (for editing graphics and PLC programs) is provided to meet the requirements of high-performance injection molding machine. The system employs a RISC 140MHz microprocessor, and features high speed, noise-immunity, fan-less, and low power consumption. The execution time of its closed-loop control may be as low as 1-2ms.
