Distribution Automation, the Only Way to the Realization of Distribution Management Modernization―Work Experience of the Distribution Automation and its Management System of Zhenjiang Municipal Power Supply Corporation―

Based on the work experience of distribution automation and its management system construction of Zhenjiang Municipal Power Supply Corporation, the paper introduces the management principles of the distribution automation and its management system structure and engineering construction of Zhenjiang Municipal Power Supply Corporation. On the basis of gained experience and lessons, the paper puts forward some optimization proposals about the technology management, operation control, safety protection, data integration of the distribution automation and its management system construction. Also, the paper emphasizes the integration system of the geographical information in real-time distribution, which is a special technology centered on single-wire distribution management. The paper, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, states that distribution automation and its management system are a must to the improvement of distribution management and the modernization of the distribution automation.
