Songwon acquires SeQuent's Specialty Chemicals, to expand activities in India

Songwon Industrial Group has completed the formalities and has acquired SeQuent's Specialty Chemicals business, which includes the polymer stabilizer business, the production site in Panoli and the local R&D division.
