Insolvency follow-up: Barcelona court to handle all EU subsidiary filings / Administrator named

A decision has been reached by the Barcelona Commercial Court, to declare a joint insolvency order for all EU subsidiaries with regard to the voluntary insolvency proceedings for the troubled Spanish PET specialists La Seda (LSB, Barcelona; www.laseda.es/). All of the insolvency proceedings for La Seda entities will be overseen by the Barcelona court. The decision covers the Artenius acitivities as well as the processing activities of APPE in Germany, the United Kingdom, Benelux, Poland, Spain/Portugal and France.
