Borouge (Abu Dhabi/United Arab Emirates;www.borouge.com),the 40:60 joint venture of Borealis (DK-2800 Lyngby;www.borealisgroup.com) and the United Arab Emirates state-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC,www.adnoc.com) has revealed concrete details of its plans for a new cracker and downstream petrochemical units to be built at Ruwais,250 km west of Abu Dhabi city.This represents the third and,possibly,final step of a three-stage expansion scheme for the Midldle Eastern site.
