Even if the "Great Recession" is now (slow-ly)easing itself into history,more analysis is needed on what the survivors have done to what the survivors have prepare for the next economic cycle.Workforce reductions and plant closures dominate the head-lines,but companies have also made productive and constructive changes to cut costs and strengthen their market positions.For some firms,crisis became opportunity.
