SIMONA and Boltaron Unite Operations

In order to streamline and improve its North American operations following the acquisitions of Boltaron Performance Products, LLC, and Laminations, Inc., at the beginning of 2014 the Management Board of SIMONA AG is announcing a new organizational structure in the US. The operating plants in Newcomerstown, OH, and Archbald, PA will unite under the SIMONA AMERICA Inc. (SAI) corporate umbrella and under the SIMONA AG corporate brand, managed by a single senior management team.
