Dow sells South African PP/PE division Sentrachem to Ravago

London-Sentrachem Ltd,a wholly owned affiliate of the Dow Chemical Co,said August 21 a consortium led by Luxembourg's Ravago through its local affiliate Plastomark Ltd,will acquire the plastics division of Sentrachem.Financial terms were not disclosed,and the transaction is subject to approval by both the Dow and Ravago boards as well as by the South African competition authorities.
