A new injection-blow molder can produce both packaging and automotive parts.The Pressblower Duo 55 from Ossberger GmbH in Germany (represented here by FGH Systems Inc.,Denville,N.J.) molds collapsible tubes for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry and bellows and dust covers for automotive shock absorbers.Ossberger says the machine will compete with extrusion blow for production of small auto parts up to 55-g shot weight.
