New Acetals,Nylons For Rotomolding

A new North American compounder claims to offer the industry's first acetals for rotomolding.They provide higher heat resistance than polyethylene (continuous use at up to 230 F),improved strength-to-weight ratio,and greater lubricity.Aardvark Polymers,Lambert-ville,N.J.,has introduced a slate of new acetal and nylon grades for small fuel tanks,chemical storage tanks,and hydraulic reservoirs.
