The new PartTrack system from Wittmann Inc.,torrington,Conn.,synchronizes a part-removal robot with a moving mold half or converyor belt.partTrack can also be used in thermofomring,where it can strip containers from a moving web or remove parts from a mold.The system can even be used for secondary operations,such as placing an injectionmolded part ona paint-line conveyor.
