PVC prices were stable this week due to the Lunar New Year holiday. Sources reported no change in prices with the bid-offer spread, and values were the same as last week at $640-670/mt CFR China. Although transactions above $700/mt CFR China were traded, spot trades into China were reported on average between $650-660/mt CFR China.
