GPPS: Asian GPPS prices continued to hold firm in line with styrene monomer, which averaged $1,278/mt CFR China over April 8-14 in comparison with a similar $1,278/mt CFR China the previous week. Citing tightening supply for the remainder of April, producers in Northeast Asia revised offer prices up to $1,430/mt CFR China/Hong Kong (excluding the $12/mt terminal-handling charge). South Korea’s LG Chem reported selling a cargo at $1,400/mt CFR China over the week, but the lot-size and buyer could not be identified by market close.
