The oven has an upper part forming a water lake around a gas burner (7). The burner is formed of three parts in which one part is constituted by a sealing cylinder (19) forming a chimney that is cooled by the water lake, and other two parts are detachable and superposed. The burner has a central orifice for evacuation of waste. A water flow pipe (4) is opened or closed by utilizing a pedal (5) placed on a front foot of the oven.
