February contract negotiations this week were generally reported at a rollover or slight decrease of Eur10-25/mt, for both the north and south of Europe. While sellers had hoped for an increase in prices for February in order to mitigate potential margin erosion from the February ethylene contract price increase of Eur70/mt, continuing low demand levels had allowed for a rollover at best, sources said.
