Majors agree to study Nigeria LNG plant

Royal Dutch/Shell,ChevronTexaco and BG Group agreed to consider building a multibillion-dollar LNG plant in Nigeria that would be among the world's largest LNG ventures,Shell said Apr 13.The partners Apr 12 signed a memorandum of understanding with state-owned Nigerian National Petroleum Corp for the Olokola LNG project in Nigeria's southwestern state of Ondo.
