Kuwait Oil Co has reopened a major crude gathering center that was shut two months ago to increase its processing capacity by 40,000 b/d to 185,000 b/d,senior oil executives said Mar 3.KOC reopened the center,GC-28,in western Kuwait Mar 2,at a production level of below 100,000 b/d,the executives said.
