PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information gathering system capable of accurately measuring a link travel time, a center device, an information gathering method and an information gathering program.;SOLUTION: An information gathering system 1 includes: a map information DB 23a for storing map information including link length information identifying a link length of a link that is set on a map; a vehicle velocity acquisition section 22a for acquiring a vehicle velocity of a vehicle; a determination section 22b for determining whether the vehicle leaves the link; and a calculation section 22c for calculating the link travel time required for the vehicle from entering the link to leaving the link while defining a time point at which the vehicle leaves the link, as a base point on the basis of the link length information, the vehicle velocity and a determination result of the determination section 22b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
