Venezuela presents terms for Delta areas

Venezuela Aug 22 presented the terms and conditions of the bidding process for two natural gas blocks up for grabs on the offshore Delta Platform to 15 foreign oil and gas companies, ahead of a final award date on Dec. 15. "We're making this project a reality," enery minister Rafael Ramirez told the companies that are expected to bid for blocks 3 and 5 on the platform.
