PDVSA loads first cargo in weeks from jose offshore platform

Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA is loading its first crude cargo this year from the Jose offshore platform, the loading master said Jan 15. PDVSA has gradually been able to resume its exports to its downstream marketing arm Citgo despite the 45-day-old oil sector strike by using non-striking and replacement workers.
