We are extremely grateful to Mr.Shankar Aggarwal, Labour Secretary, Government of India for readily accepting our invitation to be Chief Guest for our 123rd Annual Conference. Plantation being one of the largest employer, we are indeed privileged to have the Labour Secretary amongst us as the Chief Guest this evening and I have great pleasure in welcoming to our amidst.
