Production of NR -2015: World Natural Rubber production was 12.3 MT for the year 2015. Thailand was the leading producer with 36.3%, followed by Indonesia-25.8%, China-12.2%, Vietnam-8.3%, Malaysia-6.3%. India ranked 6th position with 4.7% in world NR production. It may be noted that Thailand and Indonesia maintained the share of more than 50% of world NR production.
