Economic and construction conditions continue to improve. Most areas will do significantly better over the next two years. The exceptions - and they are modest - are energy-dependent markets and areas with poor debt ratings.With employment gains increasing enough to put us close to full employment and state revenues increasing in most states, the underlying conditions are there for reasonable gains in construction materials for the next 12 to 18 months.
