摘要

Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis reveals expression of proteins coded by 1B/1R translocated genes as a group of secalin bands known (in the catalogue of Metakovsky) as Gli B1 l protein block. Ten genotypes that contained the Gli B1 l block but differed in technological properties (as predicted by sedimentation value) were chosen for the analysis by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). The goal of these investigations was to examine whether HPCE of 1B/1R genotypes can reveal quantitative variation within the Gli B1 l block related to protein composition, and may modify and improve technological properties. Significant correlation coefficients were found between height of peaks corresponding to the (Gli B1 l block components and sedimentation value of chosen genotypes.
