I would like to share with you our thoughts on the state of the shipping industry and developments in the Pacific trade. The development of containerization has been the principal transportation impetus of today's high volume just-in-time supply chain. Liner shipping is the heart of a global transportation system that connects companies and consumers around the world. We provide ready, reliable and relatively inexpensive access to the goods of all nations. The world's most robust economies are fueled by our industry. For example, 95% of all trade moves to and from the U.S. by ship.
