摘要

Mg-Mn-Ni ferrites of different compositions, Mg_(0.40)Mn_(0.60-x)Ni_x Fe_2O_4 with x = 0.00, 0.05 and 0.15 were prepared by a co-precipitation technique at 30℃ to 60℃. Their structural and dielectrical properties were studied using XRD, SKM and AFM analyses, FT-IR technique and impedance analyses. From these, we observed that Mg-Mn-Ni ferrites prepared by this method have higher resistivity than that prepared by the conventional ceramic method and others. Higher resistivity ferrite materials are suitable particularly for high-frequency applications where eddy current losses are required to be low.
