Professor Tadashi Ishii: IPI Award 2010

The international Selection Board for the IPI Award, now in its 11th year, has named Professor Tadashi Ishii as the recipient for 2010. The announcement was made on March 8th, 2010, at the International Patent Information Conference and Exposition, IPI-ConfEx, held in Lisbon, Portugal. The Award is being bestowed in recognition of Prof. Ishii's ground-breaking work on the Japanese Patent Office paperless project, and fostering trilateral cooperation between the Japanese Patent Office, European Patent Office and the US Patent and Trade-mark Office.
