Details announced for AICLST 2012

The ninth Asian International Conference on Leather Science and Technology (AICLST) will take place from November 12-14, 2012 in Taipei. People interested in presenting papers at the event have until April 30 to submit an abstract; they can do this online, but the abstract must be in English. Those selected to take part will receive notification on June 30 and will have until August 15 to present their full papers. Key themes for AICLST 2012 will be process innovation, green chemicals, environmental trends (including calls for industry leaders to have "a rethink" on solid waste), and tannery management.
