EU Consults on Proposal Revising Regime for Technology Transfer Agreement

Based on comments received during an earlier consultation, the European Commission on February 20 solicited feedback on a proposal for new competition rules that relate to the assessment of technology transfer agreements. These types of agreements enable a licensor to allow a licensee to exploit patents, know-how, or software for the production of goods and services.
