Indian Court Issues Injunction against Cartier Counterfeiter

An Indian website has been ordered to permanently stop making, selling or offering for sale merchandise, including watches, jewelry and leather products, that infringes the trademark of watch and jewelry maker Cartier International. The order also covers counterfeits of trademarks and goods of other parent company Richemont International brands: Officine Panerai, Vacheron Constantin and Jaeger-LeCoultre.
