摘要

China's top legislative body is considering changes to the country's 24-year-old unfair competition law to update it for the digital age. The set of draft amendments being deliberated, first issued a year ago, would constitute the first makeover of the law since its 1993 enactment. It takes aim at various new types of unfair competition conduct and solves some practical legal issues, Michael Gu, a partner at the Anjie law firm in Beijing, told Bloomberg BNA in an email.
