Industrial Strategy and Brexit take centre stage at EEF Conference

'Made in Britain. Loved by the world' was the theme at this year's EEF National Manufacturing Conference in London on 22 February. And, while there was no question about the quality of products produced by UK manufacturers, many raised questions about the 'economic headwind' that is approaching the country. EEF chief Terry Scuoler made a rallying cry during the opening of the conference, calling on industry to work with government to help shape the industrial strategy that was released earlier this year.
