The more things change...towards 25 years of Work,Employment and Society

摘要

This year sees the 25th volume of Work, Employment and Society (WES). It also sees a changeover to a new editorial team. In this short editorial we wish to briefly introduce the new team of editors, outline our editorial approach and some forthcoming initiatives and briefly reflect on how debate in the field may develop in the coming years. The incoming Editorial Team is the ninth in the short history of the journal. The previous Editorial Team, all based at the University of Strathclyde, did much to raise the profile of the journal and we wish to formally congratulate them on their achievements and thank them for leaving the journal in such good shape. It is indeed an honour for us to edit a journal that has attained such a prestigious reputation in the field.
