Restored yachts are getting back in the race

San Diego's fleet of assorted classic sailboats and motoryachts gathered during March of 2006 for the annual Ancient Mariners Sailing Society's 20 Guinea Cup. Sailing into their standard sunny skies, flat water, and light sea breeze were classic racing boats of all kinds, including schooners and gaffers. They were all gorgeous, their brightwork glimmering—but for some, one boat in particular stood out.
