The London International Airport has appointed Brad Rice to the newly created position of manager for business development. The southwestern Ontario gateway completed a $6.5 million upgrade last year, including an 18,000 foot expansion to the departures lounge and four jet bridges.Rice has 23 years senior management, business development, operations and customer service experience in both the fuel and transport sectors. He will be responsible for expanding passenger services, developing air cargo and courier markets and exploring other commercial opportunities.
