Minimizing Regulation Costs in Multi-area Systems with Uncertain Wind Power Forecasts

In a power system where there are many fast and/or large changes in generation or consumption, e.g. in a system with large amounts of wind power, it is more complicated to handle the frequency control efficiently. Minimizing regulation costs for the syste
