Faber maunsell says the future looks bright for two of its gap year students after they picked up awards at the recent Year in Industry Contribution to Business regional finals. Natalie Tiu and Callum Macbeth-Seath have just spent a year working in the company's St Albans office. They joined through its Structured Training Excellence Programme and linked up with the Year in Industry scheme, which coordinates gap year placements for pre-university and undergraduate students. Tiu scooped two awards in recognition of the management skills she has learned, and the contribution she has made to the environment. She said: "Each of the finalists had done some excellent work."
