EU Skills makes films about staff training

ENERGY & Utility Skills (EU Skills), the sector skills council for the electricity, gas, waste management and water industries, has launched its Sector Skills Agreement (SSA) with 15 short films promoting employer-led training programmes. The films highlight 16 projects that emerged from EU Skills research that identified out-of-date vocational qualifications, an ageing workforce, and the need to retain and attract staff with higher skills. The two- to four-minute films are designed to brief employers about available training, and feature interviews with employers and training providers.
