Stealth cuts out the noise

Flowserve has developed the Valtek StealthT, a gaseous noise trim that reduces sound pressure levels. Bradford Haines, product manager at Flowserve, says: "Three years of field service have proven the technologies behind Stealth's advanced design. We've developed a highly effective device capable of reducing noise up to 40dB in severe service where noise and excessive vibration can damage human hearing and equipment."
