The Asset Management Alliance is in its second AMP cycle having been set up by Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) for the 2005-2010 AMP4 programme to establish, among other things, a "one team" approach and provide a collaborative environment in which the utility and all its partners can work. The alliance is tasked with improving performance year-on-year in line with DCWW's vision, and minimise the cost to the customer while improving the overall quality of the product and the assets to deliver them.
