Skills council warns of tough year ahead

Constructionskills has launched a Five Point Skills Plan to promote growth after releasing its latest Construction Skills Network (CSN) forecasts for 2011-15. However, the Sector Skills Council (SSC) warns that the industry still faces a tough time in 2011 with employment levels likely to fall by up to 76,000 before the sector returns to growth.
