Plans to meet the challenges of Thames Water's AMP6 programme are already well underway at the company's capital delivery alliance, eight2O. Formed in May 2013, the alliance brings together a group of industry-leading partners, and this combined expertise from multiple sectors promotes best practice and efficiency across the board, championing innovation and collaboration. The partners, alongside Thames Water, include two design and build joint ventures comprising Costain, Veolia and Atkins (CVA), and Skanska, MWH and Balfour Beatty (SMB), plus MWH as the programme manager and IBM as a technology and innovation partner.
