摘要

The paper describes studies into the possibility of reducing the energy consumption in the production welding of cast steel, in order to reduce costs. For this multipass welds were carried out on GS-60. The influence of this technique on thermal cycles, structural composition and hardness in the weld metal of the individual beads was studied. It was shown that in principle it is possible to utilize the sensible heat of the welding process for cast steel materials sensitive to welding conditions.
