PURPOSE: A welding structure of a vacuum chamber is provided to minimize thermal deformation due to welding by forming a trench to a welding part.;CONSTITUTION: A vacuum chamber is a polyhedron or circular vessel, is formed by welding metal plates of fixed thickness, and includes a horizontal member(1), a vertical member(2), a welding part(3), and a trench. An L-shaped step is formed to each side of the horizontal member and the vertical member. The L-shaped steps of the horizontal member and the vertical member are engaged each other. The welding part is formed to a joint part of the horizontal member and the vertical member. The trench is formed according to a welding line around the welding part, and minimizes thermal influence due to welding.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
